lOved

title: lOved (by that special someone)

made this rare layout about moi for Leena's challenge at MWL
managed to find a picture of myself amongst O's countless photos
am happy with the end result :)

Quote is from Khalil Gibran's the prophet:

To wake at dawn with a winged heart &
give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart
& a song of praise upon your lips

home for raya

journaling:
the clan...
complete this year...
2nd raya for Sarah
3rd raya for O-boy
Aya is back...
together...
under one roof
all of us
a blessed raya
we had !

Was so in love with this limited edition
Scarlet Lime paper (brown background)
I think it's from the Sept kit and
the white rub-ons I purchased from
Peachycheap.com...I just had to use it.
Nonetheless, to scrap our most memorable raya so far !
Also have to thank dear dear Sophia
for the lovely paper from which
I cut those green flowers from...

ZzzzZzzzZZzzzzz.....

the clouds were made from a flower ribbon slider (below) that was
cut in half and trimmed to look like a cloud.

used naked chipboard asterixes to give dimension
to the flowers at the bottom half of the layout.
papers are from cosmo criket.
